"Eltekh Engineering" carries out the delivery of various switchboard equipment:

SWITCHGEARS:

Switchgears are designed to receive electrical power from generators, transformers or transmission lines and its distribution between users.

  • CSG — Complete distribution devices are designed to receive and transmit electrical energy of alternating current three-phase power with the frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage of 6 kV and 10 kV in networks with insulated or grounded neutral through the arcing reactor.

  • PNP — Personal needs panel of alternating current series are designed for input and distribution of electric energy of alternating current with the frequency of 50 Hz and a voltage of 380 V from the power transformer of own needs up to 1000 kVA and are used for acquisition boards of own needs in power plants, substations, and power facilities with the voltage of up to 750 kV.

  • EPP – Panels of the EPP type are designed to perform a long differential current protection of parallel lines with a voltage of 110 - 220 kV as the main protection.

  • SHERA – are designed to perform control functions, protection, alarm, measurement and control of electric current at power plants with a voltage of up to 110-220 kV.

  • DPC -Cabinets and drawers of clamping units are designed to connect secondary circuits of open switchgear (OSG) of power plants and substations. They are completed with three-pole power supply knife breaker and sectioning of lock chains. Oil seals can be optionally delivered.

  • BPC – substation cabinets are used in electrical systems involved in the process of electricity generation and distribution, designed for the assembly of circuits of secondary control wiring. Organization of current circuits of the differential busbar protection

  • Any atypical equipment for switchgears according to the questionnaire of the customer.

TRANSFORMER SUBSTATIONS 6-10 kV:

Transformer substations are designed for receiving of electric energy of three-phase AC with a voltage of 6 (10) kV, transformation, distribution with a voltage of 0.4 / 0.23 kV for power supply of industrial facilities, of urban and rural power grids, of small industrial facilities, sites.

Types of transformer substations:

  • Mast TS a transformer substation of the MPTS type consists of a high-voltage power transformer device and a low voltage switchgear;

  • PTS of cabinet type (PTSC) – consists of a high-voltage switchgear, power transformer and a low voltage cabinet;

  • PTS of kiosk type (PTSK) – consists of a high-voltage input, power transformer compartment and a low voltage switchgear. There is a possibility of following combinations of the high-voltage input and low voltage output (VV), (VK), (KK), where the first letter (V ..) or (K ..) - execution of the high-voltage input: air or cable; the second letter (..V) or (..K) - production of low-voltage terminals: air or cable.

  • PTS of transmission type:

  • PTSU for urban networks;

  • PTSI for industry;

  • PTSPP for power of submersible pumps of oilwells;

  • PTS for power of submersible pumps oilwells bushes.

  • PTSU universal.

  • PTS of deadlock type

  • PTS of outdoor installation;

  • Any atypical substation according to the customer questionnaire.

INCOMING SWITCHGEARS IN THE RESIDENTIAL SECTOR:

Incoming switchgear is designed for reception, metering and distribution of electric energy with the voltage of 380/220 V of three-phase alternating current with the frequency of 50 Hz in networks with solid-grounded neutral for protection of lines at overloads and short circuits, as well as for infrequent on and off.

  • ISG (ISG 1, ISG 2, ISG 3, ISG 4) - unilateral service panels are used in civil engineering to supply the residential sector with the electricity.

  • SDS – Storeyed distribution switchboards for apartments of multistorey buildings.

  • AS – Apartment shields are designed for individual houses, cottages with a voltage of up to 220V.

  • GS – Shields garage in the collection are intended for installation in garages for protection of outgoing lines when overloads and short circuits, as well as for infrequent operational inclusions and outages.

  • Cabinet RTC – designed to convert voltage 220V, 380V AC with a frequency of 50 Hz to safe voltage 12V, 24V, 36V and 42v. The boxes are are designed to convert the voltage of 220V, 380V AC with a frequency of 50 Hz in a safe voltage of 12V, 24V, 36V and 42V. Cabinets are used to power maintenance lighting lines, to connect portable lamps and electric tools.

  • Shields PDMC – are designed for public, commercial pavilions and other buildings and structures, including metallic structures with high requirements of electrical safety.

  • PDC – power distribution cabinets are designed for public, commercial pavilions and other buildings and structures, including metallic structures with high requirements of electrical safety.

  • LPDS – Lighting power distribution shield is designed for lighting networks and for individual power supply.

  • LCC – lighting control cabinets are designed to provide the exterior (street) lighting networks of alternating current with electricity with the frequency of 50 Hz with a voltage of 380/220 V with solid-grounded neutral.
  • Shields of the ASB type – are designed to automatically switch to the backup power lighting circuits and power equipment at a loss of voltage at a work feeder and to return circuits to its initial state when restoring to normal voltage network.

  • C5000 – Control cabinets of asynchronous motors of C5000 series are designed for continuous operation (motor start-up and shutdown of the rotary engine).
  • Any atypical equipment for incoming switchgears in the residential sector, according to the questionnaire of the customer.

EQUIPMENT FOR MAIN STEPDOWN PLANT SUBSTATION OF INDUSTRIAL AND AGRICULTURAL OBJECTS:

  • PTSPN – transformer substation for personal needs is aimed for reception, transformation and distribution of the electric energy.

  • MCDE – Cabinets of the MCDE series are designed to supply and control of electric power up to 10 kW of electric valves and control valves 14-28 kW power and electric power up to 10 kW of own needs of power plants machinery.

  • SUM – Cameras of complete switchgears of unilateral service of SUM series are designed for work in electrical installations of three-phase alternating current with the frequency of 50 Hz and 60 Hz with a voltage of 6 kV and 10 kV for systems with insulated or grounded neutral through the arcing reactor.

  • SUS70 – Panels of the SUS70 series are aimed for acquisition of switchboards with a voltage of 0.4 kV of three-phase alternating current frequency of 50 Hz, which serve for the reception and distribution of electric power, outgoing lines protection against overloads and short circuit currents.

  • ASF – The equipment of automatic start feature (ASF) is designed to restore consumer power through automatic connection of reserve power supply when disconnecting a working power source, and automatic recovery of the main power supply in the reduction of the working power source.

  • Any atypical equipment for the main step-down substation, industrial and agricultural facilities according to the questionnaire of the customer.

SWITCHING EQUIPMENT WITH A VOLTAGE OF UP TO 0.4 kV:

Power distributive cabinets for connecting machines, equipments, power receivers of the energy for industry and agriculture.

  • DC – Distribution centers are designed for power distribution and protection of electrical installations in case of overload and short circuit, for infrequent (up to 6 times per hour) operational switching of electric circuits and asynchronous motors.

  • BPC – Power cabinets of BPC are used for infrequent switching as disconnection and switching of power, often of three-phase lines.

  • PDC – Power distributive cabinets are designed for the reception and distribution of electric energy in industrial installations with a voltage of 380 / 220V of three-phase AC with the frequency of 50 Hz in networks with solid-grounded neutral, as well as for the power lines protection and lighting reloads and short circuits.

  • C5000 – Control cabinets of asynchronous motors of C5000 series are designed for continuous operation (motor start-up and shutdown of the rotary engine).

  • RUSM – Cabinets of series are designed to control asynchronous motors with short-circuited rotor in continuous operation to start the motor and turn off the rotor engine. It is used in environments with high humidity and dust.

  • Control unit U5000, MU5000, MUT5000, MU 8300, MU 8500, MU8900, MU9500- – are designed for local, remote and automatic control of asynchronous motors with short-circuit rotor.

  • CAS – Commercial accounting systems are designed for remote control of electromagnetic devices in electrical control circuits of alternating current with the voltage of up to 500V with the frequency of 50 and 60 Hz, and DC voltage of up to 220V of stationary installations.

  • Any atypical equipment for panel devices with the voltage of up to 4 kV according to the customer questionnaire.
